Ali is passionate about music and is an accomplished jazz singer and musician. Her avocation has been a source of comfort as she watched her family succumb to alcoholism. Ali is a hardworking student and takes great pride in her 4.19 GPA and in her efforts to help her family. Ali wants to be a music and history teacher after college and help others accomplish their own dreams. Ali was invited in the fall of 2006, to be in the Marin Symphony Orchestra after many years of auditions. Ali will continue her music studies at Wellesley College.
